Scholarships

Scholarship Applications must be completed with all information by May 30.

We must also receive from the student’s school guidance office a copy of the student’s GPA and class rank by May 30. 

The guidance office may email the information to ecfcwashingtonnc@gmail.com or mail to – PO Box 1174, Washington, NC  27889 –  (just make sure we receive it by May 30)

The ECFC awards scholarships to area seniors each year.   2026 Scholarships will be awarded in the amount of $1,500. 

Applicants are required to have participated in school sports or in any of the ECFC/Optimist Club sports programs, and applicant must have a GPA of 2.50 or higher.

If applying for a scholarship please request that your Guidance Counselor send an email to ECFC at ecfcwashingtonnc@gmail.com with your GPA information and class standing.  Please send with SCHOLARSHIP 2026 in the Subject line. 

If you would like to mail us a copy of your transcript, please send so we receive it by 5/30.  ECFC, PO Box 1174, Washington, NC 27889
